Refund Policy

1. Self-service cancellation (always available)

You can cancel your subscription at any time without contacting us: sign in → Account → Manage subscription → Cancel. The link is also in your purchase receipt email. After cancellation you keep member access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will occur.

2. No refunds

Once subscribed, refunds will not be accepted. Please consider carefully before subscribing. After cancelling your subscription, you will retain access for the remaining period until the end of the term.

3. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law (including EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights, which our payment processors honour as merchant of record).
