1. Who we are

Worship Slide Maker (www.hymnppt.com) is an online tool that turns worship song lyrics into projection-ready PowerPoint files. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it. Questions: sznihao@outlook.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — if you register: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Payment data — payments are processed by our payment partner (Creem or Paddle). We never see or store your card number; we only receive a customer ID, subscription status, and billing period from the processor.
• Content you paste — song lyrics you paste are processed entirely in your browser to generate slides. They are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
• Uploaded backgrounds — custom background images stay in your browser (local storage / memory) and are not uploaded to our servers.
• Basic technical data — server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) kept for security and abuse prevention.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the tool pages.
• We do not store your lyrics or uploaded images on our servers.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage only for functional purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering your language choice, and your editor settings. No advertising cookies.

5. Third-party processors

• Payment processing: Creem (creem.io) and/or Paddle (paddle.com) — governed by their own privacy policies.
• Hosting: our server provider stores account data (email, hashed password, subscription status).

6. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing sznihao@outlook.com. Deleting your account removes your email and subscription binding from our database.

7. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Server logs are rotated regularly. Payment records are retained by the payment processor as required by law.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
